Matt Bedekovich presents research at undergraduate research conference

Matt Bedekovich, a criminal justice major at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, presented at the Penn-York Undergraduate Research Conference held at Houghton College Saturday, Nov. 1.

Bedekovich of Monaca, Pa., presented "Police Coopeartion with Volunteer Rescue Operations".

Other colleges and universities taking part were Houghton College, Hilbert College, Alfred University, the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville and St. Bonaventure University.

Penn-York was started by Dr. Helene Lawson, professor of sociology, in 2000 to give undergraduate students an opportunity to present their research in a conference setting.
