Sara Bova awarded scholarship from Vira I. Heinz Foundation for summer study in Peru

Sara Bova of Bradford, Pa. has been awarded a scholarship from the Vira I. Heinz Foundation to study during summer 2013 in Peru.

Bova is a history-political science major at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. Pitt-Bradford receives three full study-abroad scholarships for young women each year from the Heinz Foundation.

The Heinz Endowments support efforts to make southwestern Pennsylvania a premier place to live and work, a center for learning and educational excellence and a region that embraces diversity and inclusion.
